We spent really nice time and didn't want to leave. Overall it was spotless with shared bathroom. The location was magnificent, at a short distance from a popular terrace. A botanical garden and a river were next to the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Riari. The location in Trastevere was perfect, with a short walk to Vatican City and easy access to the hop-on-hop-off bus service. The staff was lovely and went above and beyond to help us, even researching cream for bug bites. The breakfast in the beautiful garden was a delightful start to our mornings. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value, wonderful location, and friendly staff.
